Daily Rituals

Below is my daily ritual and other ideas…

I have been developing these over a few years and would love to hear what you do as daily rituals, what works and what doesn’t.

Why do we need ritual?

Daily ritual is a way to ground yourself, check-in and remind ourselves we are masters of our own lives, not running on the hamster wheel of life.

They remind us to live in the present moment, listen to our bodies intelligence and that we are responsible for our own well being. It can start very small, and once a simple habit is formed you can then connect something else positive to it.

Your style of daily ritual should respond to your purpose, values and desires. You can write your own mantra to guide your life, and read daily things change.

Taking you somewhere deeper, giving you something more.

Order and simplification are the first steps toward the mastery of a subject.”
